We are sure you have felt some or all of these things if you have started your search in finding the perfect venue for your wedding. With so many venues in and around the Twin Cities area, how are you supposed to know if the ones you are looking at are really the best fit for you? What if you haven't taken all the details into consideration? What if there are others out there you missed? The very last thing you want when planning your wedding is venue regret so let Keyed Up Events help!

Venue searching is...

  • We gather details about what is important to you for the venue including location, cost, amenities, requirements, and any other specifics to help us narrow down your options. 
  • Present you with a spreadsheet of 10-20 options that could be a good fit for you along with some details about why we think so, pros and cons, etc. 
  • You narrow down the list by your top choices. 
  • We continue our research to fill in a 16-point spreadsheet with details about the venues you are interested in to continue to narrow down your options.
  • Pinpoint 2-4 top choices to set up tours for (hint: you should NOT be touring 10 venues, it's too overwhelming!); we attend the tours with you if we are able to. 
  • Assist in getting quotes from the venue/preferred caterer/outside caterer and bar service so you feel confident about the dollars you could be spending there. 
  • Get you through the contracting process with your chosen venue. 

What happens then?

That's up to you! Sometimes couples book their venues and then continue on their own with their wedding planning and that is the end of our relationship. Sometimes they decide to do the rest of the planning on their own but want to book us for Wedding Management, particularly if they know their venue requires it. And sometimes couples have had such an amazing experience that they couldn't imagine planning the rest of their wedding without us! The good news for these couples is that the $500 they have already spent with us goes towards their planning services in their new contract with us.
