Late Summer Wedding At Nicollet Island Pavilion

Real Weddings

At Nicollet Island Pavilion, Rebecca and Eitan created a wedding that was both elegant and relaxing! They actually found us through Google and, after chatting through their vision, chose our all-inclusive package. With busy schedules and only a handful of local family members, we were able to step in and help bring their dream day to life.

When we first met, Rebecca and Eitan had already booked Nicollet Island Pavilion as their venue and Mintahoe Catering for the reception. Beyond that, they weren’t sure where to begin. That is exactly the kind of moment where we shine! Rebecca, who works in sustainable agriculture, had a clear vision for her florals, and Sydney from Cosmos Floral was the perfect match. Together, we created lush, late-summer arrangements that were rich in color but not quite fall colors yet. They tied beautifully into both the ceremony and reception. And of course, we loved incorporating locally sourced flowers.

From their rehearsal dinner to their Ketubah signing, we were thrilled to help with all the details that made their weekend feel personal and stress-free.

Rebecca and Eitan chose a simple wedding party—a best man and maid of honor—which created a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. Four Seasons Hotel – Minneapolis became the perfect getting-ready space for the ladies, while LHN Beauty  worked their magic with hair and makeup, keeping the morning effortless and calm. The couple stayed overnight at Four Seasons Hotel – Minneapolis, while many of their guests enjoyed the charming Nicollet Island Inn.

Their first look at  Nicollet Island Pavilion set the tone for the day, blending greenery with stunning city views. During their traditional Jewish ceremony, Rebecca and Eitan included a heartfelt wine exchange—a picture-perfect moment.

The celebration carried seamlessly into the reception, where Mintahoe Catering provided delicious food and drinks. For decor, they wanted to do some elevated linens but Rebecca wasn’t sure what she wanted. It turns out that one visit to Linen Effects was all they needed to pick out some beautiful linens, napkins and chargers! So many of our couples don’t think they have much of an opinion on these things…until they do!

And then the party began! Their rabbi not only officiated but also performed with the band during the Hora and first dances before DJ Justin from Instant Request kept the dance floor going late into the night. Cameron & Tia Photography captured every smile, laugh, and twirl with their infectious energy. We even got to bring out our signature hora chairs!

Rebecca and Eitan were an absolute joy to work with. We’re so grateful they trusted us to be part of their special day!
