Nora and Chaitanya came to us as a referral from one of our previous couples, Lia and Matt (check out their tropical themed wedding HERE). We absolutely love when our clients point their friends and family to us, so we were excited to get to work with N + C!
The day started with the ladies meeting in the bridal suite at the couple’s venue, Earl and Wilson. They all started getting ready for the day ahead, with Nora’s good friends on site to do her hair and makeup. This is not only an ideal way to save money, but also ensures that you are comfortable with everyone you are spending your morning with when stress is already high. The guys spent the morning practicing their cultural dance that they would be performing at the wedding reception later that night.
While the wedding party was busy getting ready, the MOB headed over to Sadie’s Floral to pick up their florals. This is a great service offered by Sadie’s if you are looking to save money on delivery and set up. The only catch is that you need to ensure that you have people who can pick up the order and set everything up the morning of the wedding day.
Not too long later, Nora and Chaitanya were getting whisked away by Studio 501 Photography to do their first look (and his reaction says it all)! Danielle then captured portraits of the couple, followed by group shots of the entire wedding party. Renee’s Royal Limousine was waiting on site to take the wedding party to various locations around town for more photos.
Meanwhile, the KUE team was busy at work greeting vendors and setting up decor (including the arch that the couple rented from us). Everything was coming together and looking absolutely stunning!
As guests began arriving, we checked in with the Loring String Quartet to ensure that they were ready for the ceremony to begin. They played beautiful music that got everyone excited for the ceremony that was just moments away! After gathering the wedding party and getting them in order, we began cuing the processional. In the blink of an eye the heartwarming ceremony had been sealed with a kiss and it was time to get the party started!
Our team sprung into action with the venue’s crew to flip the room for cocktail hour. Guests enjoyed mingling and sipping on drinks served up by Liquid Motion. Bellagala was on site to capture all of the special moments on film so that the couple could continue to relive their day for years to come!
Once dinnertime arrived, we opened the doors to the reception and guests began to take their seats. Fork and Flair provided a delicious meal, and Deco’s dessert was the perfect sweet to finish off the meal with.
Instant Request was ready right after dinner to begin the most important part of the night – dancing! It was important to the couple to bring their culture into their wedding, so they opted to do a cultural dance. The DJ was great about working with the couple to bring their cultural dance vision to life for their wedding day. It was so fun to watch and the energy had the whole room ready to get on the dance floor!
As the night went on, guests enjoyed socializing and dancing. Renee’s Royal Limousine was on site to shuttle guests back to their hotels, and Unparalleled Parking provided security so that everyone would be safe. It was so much fun seeing this day come together and was certainly one for the books!
A big thank you to all the vendors who helped us pull this day together!
