Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful, primarily because of the overwhelming cost. Every detail has a hefty price tag, from the venue and catering to the clothes and photography. The pressure to create a perfect day while staying within budget often leads to difficult decisions and compromises. As expenses quickly increase, it becomes clear that organizing a wedding is emotionally taxing and financially demanding.
At Keyed Up Events, we understand you don’t need someone like us at your wedding to make the day happen. Even though we think having a Wedding Coordinator should be considered a must-have for every wedding, we know it can still be considered a luxury not everyone can afford, but they still deserve it. That’s why we are introducing our Budget Pricing for Coordination service.
WHAT IS IT?
Our Budget Pricing for Coordination services allow you to tell us your details and the budget you have to spend on someone like us and we can tell you what we can offer. It won’t be as robust as our main Wedding Management services, but it can still offer some of the peace of mind you need.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Check our availability calendar HERE to see if your date is available. If it is, submit a request for our questionnaire to fill out for a quote. You will receive a questionnaire that must be filled out and submitted to get a quote for services. Within 72 business hours of submitting your filled-out questionnaire, you will receive an estimated quote for services. From there you can choose to book or have a 30-minute phone call to ask questions.
IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
- The minimum budget for this service is $1,000.
- Valid only for weddings in 2025. If your wedding is in 2026 or later, please refer to our other Services.
- You need to have your venue, most of your vendors and quite a few details already booked and known. The more we know the more accurate the quote will be.
- This service is not valid for home weddings.
- If your venue is one that requires your Manager to be on site for your entire rental time, that will be figured into the pricing.
